Tabouli Grill is owned and operated by Judith Roll. Judy grew up in a family that loves food. As she recalls, "During breakfast we talked about what we would have for lunch, during lunch we would talk about dinner, and you guessed it, dinner conversations were about the next day's meal. My memory of many things is just terrible, but the one thing I can always recall with complete accuracy is what I ate."
